“AromaBliss Technique” was created by Artemis in 2015 as a mini emotional clearing technique.

It can be performed in 30 to 45 minutes, and uses some of Young Living’s more unusual essential oils for emotional support, including Orange, Present Time, Valor, Surrender, Stress Away (or Acceptance), Awaken, Inner Child, Forgiveness, Harmony and Transformation.

The method of application and the location where the essential oils are applied is uniquely different to the Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique, making this a wonderful additional technique to explore for emotional support.

The technique itself works on both the aura and the chakras (including the palm chakras), and involves some exquisite steps like:

• Spritzing and cleansing the aura with oils
• Working through the aura’s “circulatory” system to release a lifetime of hurts
• Anointing specific “receptor” chakras in order to promote transformation and release

Essential oils have a profound ability to transform emotional blockages, in both people and animals. The wonderful aroma of the oils stimulates the limbic region of the brain, where emotions and memory are stored. By oxygenating and awakening this part of the brain (the subconscious mind), emotional intelligence and awakening can occur…..and often in the most gentle and flowing of ways, allowing you to feel, recognise, forgive and renew.

AromaBliss is true to its name. You will very likely bliss out during your session. You may fall asleep, with the deeply relaxing effects of the oils…..or you might have things pop into your mind that you haven’t thought of in years. You could find your mind drawn to current concerns, and find new perspectives on those. And yes, emotions may also surface – this includes joy, sorrow and anger.

It’s a wondrous and powerful experience, where a lot of synchronicities can occur.
